1. Fast Service-Our optical laboratory is locally operated so that your eyeglasses can be made fast. Most prescriptions are ready in 2-3 days, and emergency rushes can be made within 24 hours.

2. 2-Year Warranty-All eyeglasses carry a 2-year guarantee against breakage at no additional charge. If your eyeglasses break for any reason, return the broken parts and they will be repaired or replaced free. (Please see restrictions below)

3. 15-Day Exchange Privilege After getting your new eyeglasses, if you decide you do not like the frames, you can exchange them for other frames. If new lenses are required, a small laboratory regrinding fee will be charged. The regrinding fee varies with the type of lens used; check with our optician.

4. Huge Selection of Frame Styles-Our dispensary has hundreds of frames in stock, more than most offices or retail outlets. Our frame stylists will help you find the perfect size, shape, and color in your price range.

5. All Lenses with scratch resistant anti-reflective (non-glare) coating added have a 2 year warrantee. This factory-applied coating makes plastic lenses tough. They are guaranteed for 2 year not to scratch, or the lenses will be replaced free (only one replacement pair per year).

6. We Stand Behind Our Prescription-Our doctors are available to review your prescription needs at no charge if you have any difficulties. We want you to love your eyewear!

7. Emergency Repairs and Free Adjustments-Our office is open 6 days a week to best serve our loyal patients. Bring your eyewear in for repairs and free adjustments and cleaning to keep your frames looking good and feeling comfortable. We will replace nose-pads for the life of the frame.

8. Frames are hand selected every month by our opticians specifically for the patient population that we serve.

9. Our opticians have over 35 years in the optical field and have passed tests to show proficiency in the field.

10. We will order a frame for the patient to look at in other colors to make sure they like it.

13. We verify that all glasses are made correctly and to the specifications the doctor ordered.

Restrictions: Frame replacment does not include damage from being chewed by a pet. Damage from normal wear and tear, as long as the frame is still available from the manufacturer, will be replaced. In addition, if a frame has been "super-glued", the manufacturer voids any warranty. Warranteed replacement requires that all broken parts be brought to the office. Thank You.
